External Accounts Link Search for Retail

Introduction

The External Accounts Link for Retail option allows the administrator link the accounts of one user with another user for a limited period.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field	Description
User Id	The ID of the retail user for linking the records.
Customer Branch Id	The ID of the customer's branch for whom you want to retrieve link records.
Customer Account Id	The ID of the customer's account for whom you want to retrieve link records.
Transaction Type	Select from the drop-down, the type of transactions allowed from the linked account.

Click	To
Retrieve	View a list of records based on the criteria specified.
Create New	Add an external device link.
Cancel	Return to the previous screen without saving the changes.
