Process Flow

Introduction

The administrator of the e-Banking application is responsible to provide account access to the retail customers of the bank. This section features the process of enabling the access to the customers, also termed as retail users for purposes of this document.

Steps to enable the Accounts module for the retail user

The administrator is required to use the following steps to enable the Accounts module:

• Create the ID for retail users.

• Link the core banking customer ID(S) to the retail user.

• Provide the account and activity access to the retail user.

Once the above steps are completed, a retail customer can access the enabled accounts using the e-Banking application.
