Retail Balance and Transaction Information

Introduction

The Accounts feature can be used by the retail customers to view account details. Customers can view the details of various types of accounts like operative accounts (savings, current, overdraft), term deposits, loan accounts, credit card details, other bank accounts and status of their tax deducted at source.  

Retail Customers can also perform account related activities, inquire on various account details and also give account related service requests.

Objectives

The following are the objectives of this Help system:

  • To acquaint the bank administrator with the setup process to enable the retail customers view their account details.

  • To familiarize the retail users with the Accounts module features of operative account, term deposit account, loan account, credit card, other bank accounts and tax deducted at source details.

Features

The following features, critical for the efficient functioning of the Accounts Information menu, are supported by e-Banking:

  • The retail user's account functionality is based on the setup defined by the administrator.

  • The accounts that are accessed by the retail user are the accounts of the customer ID linked to the retail user by the administrator.

  • The retail user can view the following types of accounts:

  • Operative accounts

  • Term Deposit accounts

  • Loan accounts

  • Credit Cards

  • Other Bank Accounts

  • Tax Deducted at Source

Audience

This manual is meant for the retail customers of the bank. This manual also helps the administrator to set up the module and monitor the same to ensure its efficient functioning.
