Customer ID Linkage

Introduction

This section outlines how the administrator can provide account access to the retail user by linking the customer ID to the retail user ID.

Retail user's own ID and also third party CIF IDs can be linked to the retail user.

Steps to link

The following steps are used to enable the retail user to operate the Accounts module:

• Link the customer ID from core banking system to the retail user ID. This way, the inquiry access to all the accounts of that customer ID get enabled.

• Use the Retail Users option to link the customer ID to the retail user ID.
