Simulate Preclosure of Top-up Deposit Account

Introduction

This screen allows you to simulate pre closure of top up deposit. You have to specify the preclosure date, based on which result is simulated and displayed to the customer. This screen also displays details like deposit amount, balance amount, interest recoverable, lien amount, and TDS amount.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Select Simulate Preclosure of Top up Deposit Account from the More Actions drop-down list in View Deposit Accounts screen.

• The Simulate Preclosure of Top up Deposit Account  screen is displayed.

What you can do

Deposit Amount

The deposit amount.

Balance Amount

The balance amount.

Interest Recoverable

The amount to be recovered from the customer, in case of bank has already paid the interest for the next term and customer pre-closes it before completing the term.

Withdrawn Amount

The withdrawn amount.

Lien Amount

The lien amount marked for the top up deposit account.

Tax deducted at Source Amount

The tax deducted at source amount.
