Select a Product

Introduction

This screen allows the retail user to apply for a new account that needs to be linked to the goal. Linked account will act as repository account and all fund intended for this goal will be directed to this account. Based on the amount accumulated in this account, progress report will be generated and alerts will be sent to the retail user.

This screen also allows the retail user to select the type of account (Cash ISA, Top up deposit) along with the currency of the account. The retail user can select any type of account from the product catalogue. The user can even simulate the product selected.

Note:

This feature is possible only if bank has gone with Direct Banking option (single account opening for existing customer with internet banking access) where in account creation would be instantaneous. Post account creation, user has to provide the funding details to the goal.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click the Continue button in Define the Goal (Buy a House) screen.

OR

• Click the Continue button in Define the Goal (Buy a Car) screen.

OR

• Click the Continue button in Define the Goal (Plan for Retirement) screen.

OR

• Click the Continue button in Define the Goal (Set your own goal) screen.

• The Select a Product  screen is displayed.
