Introduction

Using this option a cart of transactions can be created by the user and can be initiated later using the Initiate From Cart option under Transaction Management.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

COMMON DETAILS

Transaction Type

The type of transaction, that is. Self Transfer/Third Party Transfer is shown.

Frequency Type

Displays the frequency type, whether it is One time or Recurring funds transfer.

Transaction date

The date of transaction is displayed.

Transaction Currency

The currency of transaction is displayed.

Manual Release Required

This specifies if the transaction is held or not.

Highest Entry Amount

The highest entry amount in the batch of transactions.

Total Transaction Amount

The sum total of credits or debits in the transfer batch.

Total Charge Amount

The total charge amount for the transfer batch.

Total Amount

The sum of total transaction amount and total charge amount.

Total Number of Entries

The total number of transactions in the batch.

ENTRIES ADDED

Entry ID

The reference ID for individual transfer entries. On clicking this link, the complete details of the transfer entry like initiator and counter party details are displayed.

Initiator detail

The debit account number is displayed. On clicking this, the account information like general account, balance, customer and security details are displayed.

Network

The network would be within bank network in case of funds transfer.

Counter Party Detail

The destination party is displayed. On clicking this, the details of the counter party like general profile details like name and contact details, payment details, account details and counter party bank details can be viewed.

Charge

The charge amount for the transfer entry is displayed.

Entry Amount

The transaction amount entered for the transfer entry is shown.

Total Amount

The sum of entry amount and charge amount is displayed.

APPROVER DETAILS

Select

Select the approver rule that is to be followed for approving the transaction.

Rule ID

The rule ID of the approving rule.

Authority

The approving authorities in a particular rule.

Follow Hierarchy

Indicates whether the rule follows hierarchy or not.

Incase of non-hierarchical workflow rules, the corporate user can send the transaction to any user or role in the workflow rule. Also any corporate user or role in non-hierarchical workflow rule will be able to initiate the transaction and send it for approval.

For hierarchical workflow rules, the approval process will be as per the set hierarchy.

Select User

The corporate user can select the approver to whom the transaction has to be sent for approval. The Lookup displays the user details like user ID, name, his role and whether the user is available for approving or out of office.

Remark

Provide remarks at the time of sending the transaction for approval.

Cart Name

A name is provided for this cart in this field. Based on the name of cart, the transactions can be later initiated using Initiate from Cart option.

CONFIRMATION DETAILS

User ID

The corporate users, user id for confirming the transaction.

Confirmation

Confirm the transaction by providing the authorization details based on the authorization mode of the corporate user.
