Last Month Transaction

Introduction

This option allows you to view all the transactions carried out in the previous month for the loan account.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click Last Month Transaction in the Query Selection screen.

• The Transactions Made screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Transactions Made

Sl. No.

The serial number assigned to the transaction.

Date

The date on which the transaction was made.

Description

The description for the last month transaction .

Cr / Dr

Indicates the type of transaction. It is either credit or debit.

Amount

The transaction amount.
