Account Details

Introduction

This option allows you to  view details of the loan account for the selected accounts.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click Account Details in the Account Summary screen.

OR

• Select the hyperlink for Account Description under Account Summary

• The Accounts Details screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

Personal (Currency) (Account Number)

General Details

Account Description

A short description of each account name is chosen by the user is displayed. Eg: Account Name: “Williard Christopher Smith”. Account Nickname/Description: “Will Smith”

Account name

Name against the Account will be displayed. From the above example, “Williard Christopher Smith” will be displayed.

Account status

The status of the account.

Account Type

Type of the account.

Account Category

Product/scheme type of the account

Branch

Account branch

Account Open Date

Opening date of the account

Currency

Account opened currency

Sanctioned Date

The date on which the loan was sanctioned.

Total Loan Amount

The total amount of the loan sanctioned.

Disbursed Amount

The actual amount of the loan disbursed from the sanctioned amount.

Outstanding Amount

The actual loan amount which the user is liable to pay.

Loan Period in Months

The period of the loan specified in months.

Loan Period in Days

The period of the loan specified in days.

Next Installment Due Date

The date when the next installment amount is due from the customer.

Installment Amount

The amount of the installment that the customer is liable to pay.

Overdue Amount

If any amount is overdue or pending from the customer.

Interest Rate

The interest rate at which the loan is taken.

Balance Details

Available Balance

The total amount available to the customer. It includes TOD allowed, instruments to be processed and so on. It is the amount on which the bank has placed no restrictions or lien and is available for immediate withdrawal.

Book Balance

The book balance of the account.

Repayment Details

Principle Overdue

The amount of the principal which is overdue to be paid.

Last Repayment Date

The date on which the last installment was paid.

Joint Account Holder Details

If the customer has joint holder on a particular account, then the joint account holder’s details for that particular account are displayed here.
