Update Transaction Categorization

Introduction

This screen allows the retail user to view the updated transactions with the categories for the selected transactions. If the modified categories for transactions are appropriate for the retail user, they can go ahead with the updation by providing the authentication details.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click the Update button in Transaction Categorization screen.

OR

  • Click the Update button in View Transaction History (Operative Accounts) screen.

OR

  • Click the Update button in View Transaction History (Deposit Accounts) screen.

OR

  • Click the Update button in View Transaction History (Loan Accounts) screen.

  • The Preview Confirmation Details (Update) screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

Transaction List

Transaction Date

The date of transaction.

Transaction Remarks

The remarks specified during the transaction initiation.

Category

The updated category for the transaction.

Amount Type

Specifies whether the transaction is of Debit (Dr) or Credit (Cr) type.

Amount

The amount of transaction.

Confirmation Details

User ID

Specify the e-Banking user ID. The transaction authentication could be anyone among transaction password, secure ID, device based mobi token and SMS based mobi token. For SMS based mobi token, retail user has to click on Generate token to receive the same on their mobile as SMS which in turn can be used for authentication.
