Replace Damaged Credit Card

Introduction

This option allows to report damaged cards to the bank. The user can submit a request to obtain a new card as replacement for the damaged card.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click Replace Damaged Credit Card in the View Credit Cards screen.

  • The Replace Damaged Credit Card screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

Card Number

Select the credit card from the drop down menu, which has to be hotlisted and reissued.  This is a mandatory field.

Remarks

Specify if new card is to be sent to different address in this column.

Submit to Relationship Manager

Submit the linking request. Enter user name and transaction password to confirm the submission. For offline submission, the request is processed after a period of time as indicated by the bank.
