This option allows to report damaged cards to the bank. The user can submit a request to obtain a new card as replacement for the damaged card. |

Select the credit card from the drop down menu, which has to be hotlisted and reissued. This is a mandatory field. |

Specify if new card is to be sent to different address in this column. |

Submit to Relationship Manager |
Submit the linking request. Enter user name and transaction password to confirm the submission. For offline submission, the request is processed after a period of time as indicated by the bank. |
