Introduction |
This option allows the user to report the loss of credit card linked to internet banking account. The bank interfaces with its credit card system and suspends further transactions for the card marked as lost . A new card can be obtained by producing a written letter to the bank intimating the loss of the card. |

Select the credit card from the drop-down, which is lost, to be hotlisted. This is a mandatory field. |

Specify if the new card is to be sent to different address in this column. |

Submit to Relationship Manager |
Submit the linking request. Enter user name and transaction password to confirm the submission. For offline submission, the request is processed after a period of time as indicated by the bank. |
