Introduction |
This screen allows the customer to renew the top up deposit account provided the user has a top up deposit. Customer can select the top up deposit account if the user has more than one top up deposit account. The user can specify the renewal instructions along with committed amount (in case of extra payment for the account), instructions for interest calculation and renewal period along with remarks. Customer has the option of sending it to core system (online) by clicking the Submit Online button or can send this to relationship manager within e-Banking application by clicking the Submit to Relationship Manager button. If sent to core system, renewal instructions would be updated in core backend and if sent to relationship manager, then relationship manager will take it up further for processing. |

Renewal Instructions |
From the drop-down list select the instructions to be carried out for renewal of the top up deposit. Valid Values: Renew Principal and Interest Renew Principal only and redeem Interest Renew Interest only and redeem Principal Repay & Renew to TUA Renew to TUA without contribution |
Committed Amount |
Specify the committed amount, in case of extra contribution for the top up deposit. |

Top-up Deposit Renewal Period |
The duration for which the top up deposit should be renewed in months and days. This period would be considered as maturity date for the existing account. |
Transaction Remarks |
Specify remarks about the renewal of a fixed deposit, if any. |
Debit Service Charge Account |
From the drop-down list, select the account to which charges should be debited. |
