Introduction |
This screen allows the retail user to view their expense and income report in Pie Chart format. This format is based on the search criteria specified by the retail user such as: category name, frequency and time range. Only categories which are available for categorization will be considered for expense-income analysis. The retail user can select multiple categories from the given search criteria and would also have an option to select the date range for performing the expense�income analysis. By default, past one year date is pre-populated. For each category, both exact amount and percentage are shown. Two separate pie charts are displayed. One pie chart for categories under income head and another one pie chart for categories under expense head. By default system generates expense-income report (Pie Chart) considering all categories and publishes all the transactions that have taken place under the current month for all categories. Note:
Time period from: This field will have drop-down list values starting from one year old. For example today is 02/10/2010, then drop-down list will have value starting from Nov, 09 till Oct, 10.
